I grew up just outside of Houston, TX, and went to Texas A&M in College Station where I received a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. I worked with animals for several years at the Houston Zoo and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge before finding this field after helping care for a three legged tiger. I then went to Baylor College of Medicine in Houston for my Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics. I first came to Washington during my residency in 2022, and I’m very happy to be back now as a clinician with Maughan P&O and enjoying the Washington outdoors with my husband and our two cats.
